THE PERIMENOPAUSE CONFIDENCE INTENSIVE

Perimenopause didn't just change your period. Somewhere along the way, it started changing the way you feel about YOU.

You're still the woman everybody knows as capable, dependable, and the one who gets things handled, but privately you've started questioning things you never used to question. You don't always want to be around people like you used to. Your husband touching you can sometimes feel like one more person needing something from you. You're irritated with people you actually love, saying yes to things you don't want to do, and then getting mad because everybody expects you to keep being the woman who always says yes.

Some days you want everybody to just leave you the hell alone, and then you feel guilty for wanting the space. You may even find yourself questioning your marriage, your relationships, or the life you've built, when the truth is you don't completely understand what's happening inside of YOU right now.

That's when the questions start getting deeper than, “Is this a perimenopause symptom?”

You start wondering, “Am I becoming selfish? Am I too emotional now? Why can't I handle things the way I used to? Is something wrong with my marriage, or do I just need some damn space? Can I trust what I'm feeling, or is this just my hormones? Is this perimenopause...or is this who I'm becoming?”

That's the part I want to talk about, because when you've spent decades knowing yourself one way and suddenly your tolerance, emotions, desires, body, energy, relationships, and needs start changing, it can shake the confidence you have in your own judgment.

You don't just start questioning what's happening to you. You start questioning YOU.

That's why I created the Perimenopause Confidence Intensive.

I CREATED WHAT I NEEDED TOO.

I didn't create this because I read about perimenopause and thought it would make a good coaching niche. I created it while navigating this season myself and realizing I needed more than another conversation about symptoms.

I needed to understand what happens to your confidence when you don't have the same capacity you used to have, but everybody around you is still expecting the same version of you. I needed to stop feeling guilty because I needed more space, different boundaries, more rest, and more time for myself. Most importantly, I had to learn that needing something different in this season didn't mean I was becoming difficult or losing myself.

That's where this work came from. I created the kind of support I couldn't find: a confidence strategy for the woman who still has a whole life to live while navigating perimenopause.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

  • You've started apologizing for yourself more than you used to because you're afraid your emotions are becoming “too much,” and now you're questioning yourself even when you had every right to speak up.
  • You find yourself pulling away from your husband and wondering what that means about your marriage, when some days you're so touched out, overwhelmed, or depleted that you don't have anything left to give anybody.
  • You're becoming resentful of people you've spent years saying yes to, and you're realizing some of that resentment may be coming from boundaries you should've set a long time ago.
  • You don't have the same capacity to carry everybody anymore, but being the dependable one has been part of your identity for so long that putting something down makes you feel like you're letting people down.
  • You've caught yourself wondering whether you're becoming selfish, difficult, antisocial, emotional, lazy, or “just getting old” because what you need now looks different from what you needed five or ten years ago.
  • You've started making yourself smaller in conversations because you don't completely trust whether what you're feeling is valid or whether somebody is going to dismiss it as “just your hormones.”
  • You're tired of trying to become the woman who could handle everything without missing a beat. What you really want is to trust your own damn judgment again without constantly wondering whether you're the problem.

If you're reading this thinking, “Okay girl, now you're in my business,” then we're finally talking about the kind of confidence work I created this Intensive for.

THIS WORK GOES DEEPER THAN MANAGING SYMPTOMS.

During our private four hours together, we're going to look at where perimenopause has started changing the relationship you have with yourself. We'll talk about the guilt, resentment, overthinking, boundaries you haven't been holding, conversations you've been avoiding, the way you've been judging your changing capacity, and the places where you've stopped trusting what you know you need.

Then we'll create your personalized Perimenopause Confidence Plan around the woman you are now, so you can start trusting yourself again, communicate what you need without apologizing for it, create boundaries that fit this season of your life, and make yourself a priority without feeling like you have to abandon everybody else to do it.

Because I don't believe your job during perimenopause is to fight your way back to the woman you were before all of this started.

You don't have to go back to who you were before. She's not the assignment. The assignment is learning how to trust yourself here.
